Begaci Cares Annual Scholarship Terms and Conditions​

1. introduction

The Begaci Cares Annual Scholarship ("Scholarship") is administered by Begaci ("Company"). By applying, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

2. eligibility
To qualify for the Scholarship, applicants must:

Be at least 17 years old at the time of application.

Be enrolled or accepted into an accredited college, university, or vocational school for the upcoming academic year.

Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Be a legal resident of the United States or an international student meeting enrollment requirements.

Submit all required application materials by the stated deadline.

Employees of Begaci, their family members, and individuals involved in the Scholarship selection process are not eligible to apply.

3. application process

Applicants must:

Submit a completed online application form via the Begaci website.

Provide all required documents, including an official transcript, proof of enrollment, one letter of recommendation, and a 350-500 word essay addressing the provided prompt.

Ensure all materials are uploaded in PDF format.

Submit their application between January 1 and May 31. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

4. selection process

A selection committee appointed by Begaci will review all eligible applications.

Judging criteria include academic performance, leadership potential, essay creativity and adherence to the prompt, and overall merit.

Finalists may be contacted for additional documentation or a brief interview.

Scholarship decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

5. award details

The Scholarship amount is $500.

The Scholarship must be used solely for educational expenses, including tuition, books, or supplies.

The award will be disbursed directly to the recipient’s educational institution or as determined by Begaci. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO VERIFY ENROLLMENT WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO DISBURSEMENT.

8. disqualification
Applications may be disqualified if:

9. limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to participation in the Scholarship program.

11. governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of company's Jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of company's Jurisdiction.
